Pat Ackerman, who recently bought the North Omaha Airport, will be joining us.  His plan is to revitalize the airport and make it into an “aviation country club” complete with restaurant, hotel, etc.  You can see an article from the Omaha World Herald about his plans here.

After talking with Pat on the phone today, I think he’s excited to talk about his plan and also is looking for feedback and ideas from our group.  It should be a fun and interesting meeting this Friday at noon.
